About IRLA Necklace

The Minor IRLAs you've earned don't belong in a drawer. They're going with you.

The IRLA Necklace (Minor) is a premium silicone necklace designed to allow you to wear your Minor IRLA achievement coin as everyday jewelry. The Minor version is sized specifically for 35mm Minor IRLAs, the smaller milestone coins that mark each step along the way through an IRLA Pack.

Minor IRLAs represent the steady progress: drinking a gallon of water for two weeks, running your first 5K, completing one month of mindful eating, reading a Pulitzer winner. They're the daily wins. The Minor Necklace lets you wear them daily, too.

Some IRLAchievers wear one specific Minor IRLA every day as a constant reminder of an achievement that defined a significant moment of their life. Some rotate the IRLA they put in the necklace based on what they're proudest of in the moment. Some remove the IRLA from the packaging before they've earned it, and put it in their necklace as a reminder of a goal they're working toward completing.

How It Works

1. Pick the Minor IRLA you want to wear. Any Minor IRLA from any IRLA Pack works.

2. Attach the coin to the necklace by gently working the circular silicone edge around the coin.

3. Wear it daily as a quiet trophy, swap coins as you earn new ones, or wear different Minors on different days depending on what you're chasing. The Minor IRLA Necklace is built to live with you.

IRLA Necklace FAQs

What is IRLA?

IRLA stands for In Real Life Achievements - collectible coins you earn for completing real-world goals.

Every IRLA Pack focuses on a single category of life experiences (Hydration, Running, Reading, Adulting, Treat Yo Self, and so on). Each Pack contains 6 coins sealed in separate compartments inside the packaging. You only get to open a compartment when you've completed that coin's specific achievement.

Track your progress in the free IRLA Companion App. Reveal each coin as you earn it. Display the ones you've earned on the IRLA Stand or wear them on the IRLA Necklace.

Real life doesn't hand out achievement badges. So we made some.

Does the IRLA Necklace come with a coin?

No.

IRLA Necklace is sold as just the silicone necklace only.

IRLA coins come with IRLA Packs (sold separately).

IRLA Necklace is designed to display a Major IRLA (or Minor IRLA, depending on which Necklace you're using) you've already earned through a completed IRLA Pack.

What's the difference between the Major and Minor versions?

The Major Necklace is sized for Major IRLAs (50mm diameter, the larger Pack-completion coins).

The Minor Necklace is sized for Minor IRLAs (35mm diameter, the smaller milestone coins).

Pick the one that matches the size of the coin you want to wear. Most customers buy one of each over time, since both Major and Minor IRLAs are worth wearing.

Can I wear a Minor IRLA in the Major IRLA Necklace? Or a Major IRLA in the Minor IRLA Necklace?

No. Each IRLA Necklace is designed to hold the corresponding IRLA coin size.

How many coins can IRLA Necklace hold?

Each IRLA Necklace holds 1 IRLA.

Why do the images show gold text on the IRLA Necklace?

The gold text shown on the IRLA Necklace in product images is for illustrative purposes only and is not present on the actual product.

Can I shower or swim with it?

Avoid prolonged moisture exposure to keep the magnets in the necklace closure clasp and the IRLA coin in their best condition. A quick splash is fine. Spending an hour at the pool or in the shower regularly is not recommended.

Is this a good gift?

Yes, especially for someone in the middle of an IRLA journey or someone who has just earned a Major IRLA.

The IRLA Necklace gives them a way to wear the achievement immediately.

Pair it with the IRLA Pack itself as a complete gift, or give it solo to someone who already has the coin they want to wear.
