We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from antsylabs.com! If you aren't, you can choose to return your order to us for a full refund (original shipping costs and return shipping is paid by customer) as long as the following conditions are met:
1. You are still within the first 14 days of your order being delivered.
2. Your order is returned in its original condition (product, packaging, miscellaneous items such as instruction sheets, etc. all in original condition and in tact).
Please get in touch with us if you'd like to request a return. If the above conditions have been met, and your return is authorized, we will issue your refund (once our warehouse receives the returned order). Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to fully process. Thanks!
*If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that any order returned to us without first being authorized will not be refunded or returned to you.
Replacements
If you are experiencing an issue with your product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
If your product came with a defective part, we will require a video to show the defect. If the item was damaged in transit we require photos of the damaged packaging.
For other issues, replacements may also be approved on a case-by-case basis.
