• Virtual Consoles - If you’ve got a new-fangled system like the Nintendo Switch or PlayStation, you’re only a few clicks away from your favorite games. With the recently expanded Nintendo Switch Online now featuring Sega games and N64 (along with NES and SNES) and Playstation Now offering 700 PS2, PS3, and PS4 games, all it takes is a download, installation, and small monthly subscription.
  
  
• Classic Consoles - If you like the idea of having a dedicated console that’s also not reliant on internet access, you might like the idea of investing in some classic console nostalgia. With available consoles like Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, PlayStation, and Atari 2600, you can party like it’s 1980 all over again.
  
  
• Mobile Ports - Now if you’re getting greedy and want to have your classic video games in the most convenient format possible, you can check your local, neighborhood app store and see which of your favorite classics have been re-engineered (and just how well that process has gone). Games like Sonic, Doom, and Mega Man have all found new lives, to varying degrees of success and of quality. Even more recent classics like Grand Theft Auto and Final Fantasy have found mobile homes.
